BLF hails official launch of African Regional Centre of BRICS Development Bank

By BO Staff Writer

Black Opinion is reissuing the following article which was previously published on the BLF website on 17 August 2017:

Black First Land First (BLF) welcomes the launch of the African regional centre of the BRICS Bank today by President Jacob Zuma. Our movement has been consistent in saying part of the agenda to remove President Zuma is calculated to undermine the BRICS process, particularly with regard to the establishment of the bank.

Africa and other third world countries are underdeveloped, abused, exploited and looted by the West through the IMF and World Bank, which are instruments of colonialism and imperialism. The BRICS Bank is the first step towards real independence by our people the world over.
BLF is aware that part of the regime change agenda to try to remove President Jacob Zuma by any means necessary is part of undermining the BRICS process so that white monopoly capital and imperialism can continue to control South Africa.

BLF calls on our people to support the BRICS Bank, to support President Zuma, to reject regime change and imperialism. On our part we further call on people to consider their financial liberation by setting up a Black Bank.

BLF supports the BRICS Bank, we support the call for a Black Bank, we support President Zuma for standing firmly against imperialism. We also know they tried poisoning him because of his efforts to realise this bank.
