25% of the globe’s population suffer from sanctions imposed by the USA, namely Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Iran, Syria, and Yemen.
Iran is currently one of those nations that is the worst hit by COVID-19.
The draconian international banking restrictions resulting from US sanctions have prevented the country from financing humanitarian imports like medical equipment and medicines.
